DAY 1: Arusha

Welcome To Tanzania! You shall be picked up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and chauffeured to Mount Meru Hotel.

Situated at the foothills of Mount Meru in the city of Arusha, the Mount Meru hotel lies on 15 acres of lush landscapes. A warm and friendly welcome awaits guests who want to experience the best of Tanzanian hospitality. The hotel has been designed with safari travelers, business persons, families, honeymooners, elite and leisure travelers in mind. It has amenities of convenience whilst offering a high standard of luxury.

Overnight at MOUNT MERU

DAY 2: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast depart for Arusha airport to catch your flight to Serengeti. Upon arrival meet with your driver guide and drive to camp for hot lunch.

SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK is renowned for its unique natural phenomenon extensively known as the Great Migration; a progressive trekking of Wildebeest from the SERENGETI into the MAASAI MARA and back in search of water, pastures and breeding grounds.

DAY 3: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, embark on a full day game drive with packed lunch. Mornings are a great time for watching predators in action.

Aside from the great migration, the Serengeti offers a diverse ecosystem: great herds of buffalo, elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, hartebeest, impala and Grant’s gazelle. Other Highlights include Maasai Rock Paintings and the Musical Rocks.

DAY 4: Serengeti National Park

Your Balloon Safari adventure starts early morning when you depart your lodge or camp. It is still dark and you may be fortunate to see nocturnal animals on the way to the launch site.

“ Launching at dawn, rising as the sun rises, you gently float over the plains of the magnificent Serengeti”. After landing, you celebrate in the traditional way with a champagne toast (well, an excellent sparkling wine) before heading off to a special ‘Out of Africa’ bush breakfast. After breakfast go on morning game drive and come back to camp for hot lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing and go for an evening game drive with sundowners. A perfect end to a perfect day, enjoying the dramatic shades of the African sunset!

DAY 5: Ngorongoro Crater Lodge

After breakfast depart to Ngorongoro Crater. You will arrive at &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge late afternoon. You will then spend your afternoon & evening enjoying the Lodge facilities.

Highlight of safari: Viewpoint of the NGORONGORO CRATER, Maasai Villages & Olduvai Gorge. (At an additional cost paid, the driver/ guide can arrange to have a tour of the Maasai Village including a briefing on their culture and a few dances).

Dinner and Overnight at the &BEYOND NGORONGORO CRATER LODGE (FB)

DAY 6: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, embark on a vehicle to go down the crater for a full day of exploration of the Ngorongoro Crater. A picnic hamper lunch will be served on the crater floor. After lunch, you will explore more of the crater before heading back to the lodge for the evening cocktails.

Highlights of the crater includes: Giant tusked elephants wander the forests, black-maned lions stalk the grasslands, and flamingoes crowd the soda lakes. Cheetah move in and out of the Crater, while Leopard are most often encountered in the spectacular Lerai Forest.

Dinner and Overnight at &BEYOND NGORONGORO CRATER LODGE (FB)

DAY 7: Nimali Tarangire

After breakfast drive to Nimali Tarangire in time for lunch. The afternoon can be spent enjoying the Lodge facilities like the pool, which is overlooking a waterhole that attracts many different birds & animals. Late afternoon game drive within the private concession and evening sundowners at the Sunset hill with amazing 360 degrees views of the park.

Dinner and Overnight at the NIMALI TARANGIRE LUXURY CAMP (FB)

DAY 8: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for the TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK with packed lunch. Tarangire boasts large herds of Elephant and provides excellent habitat for Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and many Antelope species unique to East Africa. These include Lesser Kudu, Fringe Eared Oryx and Grants Gazelle.

Drive to Arusha & Overnight at MOUNT MERU

Day 9: Zanzibar

Enjoy a day of relaxation in beautiful Zanzibar.

Day 10: Zanzibar

Enjoy a day of relaxation in beautiful Zanzibar.

End of Services.

We may have to reroute the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges in case of non- availability.

Prices for domestic flights, airport taxes or park fees may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you.

Passengers should bring only soft-sided bags on safari.

Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage).

Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.

Passengers arriving to Tanzania may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
